    2Site Incharge 1This is a full-time role for a Site Incharge. The Site Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at site and execute works at site as per time line of the project. Assistant Executive / Deputy Manager1. Atleast  10 years of experience in managing mechanical works of hydro power plants at site.
    2. Experience in hydropower project management and site supervision
    3. Knowledge of hydropower plant refurbishment and modernization..

    4.Excellent leadership and coordination skills
    5.Good communication and interpersonal skills

    6. Specific Mandatory Experience:

    a.)Hydro Power House experience in capital maintenance and annual maintenance works execution
    b.) Experience in machine dismantling, on-site repair of components, and assembly after repair    		50k CTC / Month Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in engineering or a related field Preffereable is Mechanical field
