- Our R&D cell is engaged to develop and re-engineering for completely eroded blades of turbine runners due to effect of silt.
- Our R&D has developed the methodology to repair eroded/damaged blades matching with original profile even in the absence of original drgs by welding of plats of similar steel grade, matching of profile by grinding & polishing. This gives original performance in power generation .
- Our R&D cell is continuously working and developing to make the different type of fins for completely damaged industrial coolers used in Hydro Power Generation for which no drgs and no manufacturing methodology is available neither with customer nor with any suppliers.
- With continuous efforts, our R & D has developed dies, methodology and manufacturing equipment for making new tubes for damaged industrial coolers. and are able to supply/repair the coolers with rated capacity. Thus helped our customers to avoid scrapping these coolers.
- With our experience and effort we made it possible the interchangeability of the Runners among the three units of 30 MW in Tiloth Power House Uttarkashi.
- Go- Goal Hydro Research & Development cell is located at our main factory at Haridwar.
