- To increase & modernize our existing facilities for renovation/ repair of runners upto 250 MW
- Install the methodology/equipment to cut down the existing downtime of hydro power generating machines upto 250 MW.
- To enhance our existing capabilities to undertake more & more MCs and O&M upto 250 MW
- To go for tie up / collaboration / joint venture for design & systems , manufacture , project execution with European Quality of small hydro power plants for securing orders from domestic market as well as manufacturing of hydro parts in our factory as per foreign costumer’s design and requirement.
- To explore water resources in India for setting up of new hydro power plants.
- To Renovate/ Modernization of abandoned SHP’s in our country for the want of their spares and other things to operate & maintain them on contract basis.
- our thrust would also be to secure orders for operation & maintenance of running SHP’s on annual contract to make them in profit.
- To open a regional office in capital town of India to serve customers in better way.
- To Develop high velocity Oxy. Fuel coating on the surface of Runners & other under water parts for erosion resistant. due to silt effect.
